Guide to Juwalan subscription tiers and changing your active plan.

Your Active Subscription
Go to 'Billing' > 'Current Plan' to check your active package, remaining message quotas, and upcoming renewal date.
Upgrades
Click 'Upgrade Plan' to move to a higher tier with more device slots and messages. You only pay the prorated difference for the remaining period.
Downgrades
Plan downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. Current quotas remain fully available until the end of the paid period.
