Adding Team Members & Multi-Admin Access

How to invite new team members, assign agent roles, and manage permissions in Juwalan.

Team Menu

Go to the 'Team' menu on your dashboard. You will see a list of active admins and an 'Invite Admin' button.

Invite via Email

Enter the new admin's email address, select their role (Admin, Agent, or Viewer), and click 'Send Invitation'. They will receive an activation link in their inbox.

Multi-Admin & Multi-Device

All invited admins can log in simultaneously from their own laptops or phones and answer chats from the same official WhatsApp number with automated round-robin routing.
